What started in 2016 as a ‘side hustle’ for our Founder, Cynthia Harris, has turned into a full-time movement to advocate for consumers across multiple brands, industries and companies. We are a woman-owned, minority-owned qualitative research and marketing strategy consultancy who passionately partners with our clients to challenge paradigms, shift thinking and ultimately act on behalf of consumers’ highest good.

We connect the dots between HUMAN INSIGHT and ACTION.  

We use non-traditional methodologies to help you deeply understand the unmet needs of consumers. And we are flexible and happy to engage in traditional methodologies too, as needed.

Our goal is to help you know your Consumer like you know your best friend... and ultimately, to help you build your "gut" so you can always have him/her in the room when making strategic decisions to grow your brand.
